4. Payment Terms

4.3 Late Payments

6. Confidentiality

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available as separate agreements. Support terms and pricing will be outlined in the support agreement.

9. Project Modifications

Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing. Additional work may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate projects with written notice. Payment for completed work and reasonable expenses will be due upon termination.

10.2 Termination by Shivam Enterprises

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of contract terms
• Unreasonable client demands or behavior
• Force majeure circumstances

11. Force Majeure

Shivam Enterprises shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
